In 2007, Futurity Innovations founded the Five Star Futurity to the midwest. In its inaugural year, the Five Star Futurity paid out over $27,000 in futurity monies and over $35,000 in cash and prizes combined. Futurity Innovations will hold their second event this year on August 30, 2008 at the Lancaster Event Center in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Some exciting additions are in store for 2008! This year, a Four Judge Paint-O-Rama and an AQHA show will be held the same weekend at the same facility. A Gambler's Choice trail class has also been added for horses for any age and breed.

Futurity Innovations will continue their great giveaways and prizes as well. Last year, Wild Basin Ranch donated a Reserve World Champion Dun colt by Phenomenal Creation. This year, Wild Basin Ranch will again donate a foal to the futurity. This year's foal will be sired by GQ Eclipse. Every first place winner will again receive a beautiful Gist belt buckle.
